ZOIK takes the privacy of your information very seriously. This privacy policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us or provided by you in relation to your use of the Website.

Scope of this privacy policy

  1. This privacy policy applies only to the actions of ZOIK and Users with respect to this Website. It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from this Website including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media or client websites.

  2. For purposes of the applicable Data Protection Laws, ZOIK is the “data controller”. This means that ZOIK determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, your Data is processed.

ZOIK client information

Once you have chosen to become a ZOIK client, we assure you that your personal information will be exclusively used to provide you with the services you have contracted.

What we store

1.1 Account Information – when you establish digital services with ZOIK, you will be asked to provide contact information which will be stored in our system for future customer communication requirements. We do NOT store client credit card or bank account information.

Data retention
