Small Site Hosting
$295+gst per annum
5 pages or less. Includes 2GB storage and unlimited downloads. Does not include email management. We can help you set up G Suite or Microsoft 365 email management.
BACK-UPS: The default backup solution for small site hosting is the Updraft Plugin – this will be set to take a 12 month rolling backup of your website files (once per month). Please note that while there is no charge to store backups, a fee will apply if you need a member of our technical team to restore your site (approximately $300 – $500+gst, depending on file and site complexity). For greater security consider our Extended Back-up Service (see below).
*Only applies to WordPress sites. Restoration fee applies. Premium backup solution available if needed for non wordpress sites. Updraft is a plugin which should be monitored to ensure it operates correctly – we recommend clients check the functioning at least every 90 days.
Optional real time security provided by Imunify360. You can improve your level of protection by switching on 2-factor login authentication (using Wordfence).
Standard Site Hosting
$540+gst per annum
Includes 5GB storage and unlimited downloads, cPanel and 1 email account setup (which is included in total storage). We recommend email management on G Suite or Office365, and our team is happy to guide you through the setup of your preferred email system.

Large Site Hosting
From $895+gst per annum
Includes 10GB storage and unlimited downloads. Includes optional cPanel access to setup your one email account. We recommend using G Suite or Office365 to manage your email service.
BACK-UPS: Rolling seven day backups are provided for all large site customers. All site files are backed up to our Amazon S3 Account. Please note that while there is no charge to store backups, a fee will apply if you need a member of our technical team to restore your site (approximately $500+gst, for large sites). For extended back-up support, consider purchasing our Extended Back-up Service (see below).

Need hosting for a short period? We don’t do month-to-month, but we can provide six-months at 65% of the relevant annual fee.
EXTENDED BACKUP SERVICE: $25 per site per month
Our Amazon S3 Extended Backup Service provides rolling monthly and weekly backups of all your site files on an independent cloud service. The service stores one complete copy of your site files every second day for the past 7 days, then once weekly for the previous month, and one copy is retained every month for three months. This service also includes one free restoration of your files per annum. Please note that restoration does not guarantee your site will be restored to working condition if it has been compromised or plugins require updating at additional cost.

Need Email Management?
Our standard and large site hosting solutions include up to 3 email accounts, however these are limited by storage space. For a more productive solution, across multiple devices, we recommend Google Email Suite or Office 365 Business Email. Both services provide low-cost, all-in-one suite to communicate, store and create cloud-based email management. The ZOIK team can help you setup your preferred email service.
